Hi Everyone
I'm Bimali Indrarathne, joining the forum from London. I will play a consultancy role in a stakeholder forum conducted in Sri Lanka to design a school based teacher professional development programme.
I'm originally from Sri Lanka where I worked as a school English teacher, a university lecturer and also as a teacher/teacher trainer at the British Council. I then moved to the UK for higher studies and after completing a PhD in Second Language Acquisition from Lancaster University, I joined King's College London, London University.
I'm looking forward to learning from your experiences of running teacher education programmes in different parts of the world.
