1.I have been using my SIP to drive progress by aligning activities with SIP goals, such as improving WASH facilities and teaching and learning.
2.The strategies i used to involve my staff , students and parents in the planning of my SIP was to gather all stakeholders in the school premises and discuss the way forward.
3.Some of the challenges i faced were limited resources ,resistance to change and tight schedules.
