Currently, guidance and counselling in my school is undergoing a lot of improvement as it is the first time that there are additional sub-sectors such as the female wing within the committee, which is responsible of guiding and assisting the female pupils during mensural periods The creation of a guidance and counselling room is another development in the history of this committee in the school, which gave the students confidence and privacy in voicing out their problems without fear, and the selection of student representative within the guidance and counselling committee is another section which has been introduced currently. Each of these sub-sectors has its terms of refences and does its work diligently, and reports to the main committee regularly.
The committee which composes of both staff and pupils, meets every fortnight, of which the student representatives attend when necessary. Currently, guidance and counselling is going on fine ,as almost every sector of it is doing well.
