In Jiffin LBS, I used the PMS to monitor teachers records of lesson, scheme, learning materials and contact hours per teacher ,and also the PMS helps me to checked coverage and how the curriculum delivery plan, scheme and lesson are lined or not.
it also help teachers to knows that text book, black board and pupils will not be count as teaching and learning resources ,but the materials make my the teacher e.g word cards, sentences etc ,and we records the PMS weekly
