1. In my school we weekly use the SLAs to fill staff performance in terms of curriculum coverage, attendance, extra curriculum involvement, and many key components in the SLAs. we use the result obtain from the observation during filling the SLAs and provide meaningful feedback and provide help in areas that need improvement.
2. The challenges face in executing the SLAs in time consistence because both the teachers and the observer have little time to meet and fill the SLA. Moreover, in the beginning of the of using this document there was consistence but things are moving we see to it stakeholders' involvement was little, and both the teachers and the administration feel reluctant. but we have come up with strategies to create time for all parties so that SLAs can be fill weekly and sensitize teachers about the importance of the document in their personal growth.
3. the only way PMS can be more accountalbe is by involving all in the process and by giving meaningful feedback. also provide staff development on areas they underperform.
