Dear LAMB Facilitator,

Here are some of the ways in which I used PMS tools in my school to support teachers development, supervision, and accountability.

For the Improvement of Teaching

1. I used it to identify areas of strength and weakness, to inform professional development, and tailor support for teachers.

2. I used it to support and coached teachers based on their performance data, addressing specific areas of needs.

3. I also used it to encourage teachers to reflect on their own practices and set a goal for improvement.

For the supervision:

1. I used it to facilitate regular check-ins with teachers, providing feedback and support on an ongoing basis.

2. I also used it to identify teachers who may benefit from coaching or mentoring, and provide targeted support.

3. I used it to hold teachers accountable for meeting performance standards while providing support for improvement.

For School Accountability:

1. I used it for setting goals and targets, aligning with national or regional stands.

2. I used it for providing transparent reporting on school performance, informing stakeholders and driving accountability.

By doing this , it helps me to create a culture of continuous improvement, supporting teachers and driving school wide improvement.

Best regards to you all
