Sometimes, collecting and understanding performance data is hard. One challenge is that some teachers forget to fill in the data or make mistakes. Another problem is that some schools don’t have good internet or computers to enter data easily. Also, not all staff know how to collect or read the data properly. Sometimes, teachers are too busy and don’t have enough time to do it well.

To solve these problems, I train teachers on how to collect and understand data. In schools without computers, I use simple paper forms. I also hold short meetings to check the data together and plan how to use it. This helps us work better as a team. I also set deadlines and reminders to make sure data is collected on time.
