1. the good leadership practice that i have implemented in my school is staff professional development and which have positively influence teaching quality in the following ways:
a. staff are trained pedagogies that they use to improve teaching and learning
b. different skills are learned that teachers can use foster better classroom management.
2. to balance support and accountability in monitoring and to reduce anxiety is by organizing continuous assessment and mock exam to avoid exam phobia.
3. the strategies that can be used to celebrate teaching excellence is by organizing multiple professional development and encourage peer learning.
