1. the leadership style that introduce in my school is school base workshop where teachers come together and share their skill and knowledge in advancing student performance.
2. in balancing support and accountability when monitoring instructional practices, i draw a monitoring schedule and highlight the specific area where the monitoring will be centred in order to avoid anxiety.
