my leadership styles that i currently use depends on the situation that arises. if the situation requires autocratic styles i go by that if it requires democratic style so we do. in summary, my current leadership style depends on the situation and needs that arises.
Leadership Styles that emphasize ethics, conflict resolution, and instructional aspects include transformational, servant, and democratic leadership. transformational leaders inspire with ethics and vision servant leaders empower through ethics and development, and democratic leaders foster ethics by involving teams in decision-making and resolving conflicts collaboratively. therefore, the leadership style i most confident with is the democratic leadership style.
the area i would like to strengthen as a leader is conflict resolution which key in the day to day running of the school.
