Democratic leadership best describes my leadership style where all are involve in decision making.
Instructional focus. Teachers are empowered with resources to be comfortable in lesson delivery. Professional development for the staff to improve their teaching skills will always be promoted.
As a head teacher, I need to improve in my leadership strategies to improve teaching and learning in the school, provide staff capacity building at school level.
I need to enhance communication with staff, pupils and parents and as well handle conflicts fairly. I need to work with the School Management Committee to mobilise resources for the school as well promote respect and positive discipline in the school for both staff, pupils and the community.
Safe school environment will be assured to give a conducive teaching and learning .Regards
