The democratic style of leadership best describe me as i do much consultations before taking decisions. I consult stakeholders, such as teachers, school management committee, mothers club members and the general community members.
as a leader my primary focus is mainly on instructional focus and conflict resolution i am very much confident in these areas as they culminated the purpose for which we serve the school.
i want to strengthen cordial relationship and conflict resolution in my school as conflicts happen always between students and among the teaching staff.
