Greetings everyone!
Great to see more people on our team have now introduced themselves and forum 1 has a few interesting contributions. Let’s all join today and tomorrow, so we make the most of this week.
Forum 1 is intended to include two steps – explain what has already been done, then link these outputs to the programme outcomes. Then have a look at what others are reporting on - I’m sure there are quite a few items there that are relevant to your project’s chapter as well. Revisit this forum regularly as it may be that others in this team have asked you some questions.
Let’s also not forget forum 2 about how we will monitor these outcomes. How will we know that we have done a good job? It’s essential to think this through upfront, so let’s brainstorm a little this week, and then we’ll take this further in June.
It’s really useful to subscribe to the different forums (the button to do this is in the bottom right corner when you open any forum). That way you receive an email notification every time someone posts in that forum. This is a small team and a short week, so you won’t get bombarded with emails. It’s a nice way to ensure you don’t overlook other people’s stories/ideas/suggestions and it reminds you to revisit the conversations regularly.
