Title: Co-creating a vision and values framework
Objective: To foster collaborative leadership and strategic thinking among peers.
Task: In groups of 4 to 5, design a vision statement, mission statement and motto for a hypothetical school or one of your choosing. Align the values with leadership principles covered in Unit 1.
Steps:
- Use collaborative tools (e.g. WhatsApp, Google Docs)
- Assign roles (e.g. writer, presenter and reviewer)
- Draft the statements using formats from Sub-unit 4
- Present your output as a short written report in Unit 1 Assignment box.
