Donna Scenario of Change
Donna case is very progressive and relevant in regards to the method or system he used to bring about the change in the school . His execution strategy of identifying the problem, Researching, developing a solution, implementation and Assessing the progressive change is amazing .
The manner or approach he took is on point he method is aligned to the policies and and act from Education departments or human rights . “ How so “ he made findings based on eliminating the digital divide amongst the students particularly on the first years as they come from different spheres . He made sure that this doesn’t only bring justice on the digital divide but also the equality and inclusiveness in the Education system at his College .
He was attentive on addressing learners needs and learning needs and the outcomes thereof. Creating a digital dashboard was an amazing move so that all students can be attended to with more insights on what are their challenges on which learning outcome. All students will be supportive as it also helps them in increasing productivity and adapting to the 21st century .
This change will bring huge impact and all stakeholders ( students, lectures , management) at the college will be affected by this change. Hence Donna was also meeting with other leaders so he can be able to support and bring innovative ideas on how to best implement such change
Am telling you my my Senior Management will support such change as it will improve productivity to the management or employees. It will also produce capable students for their workplace after varsity which will definitely bring the college name on top of the table.
